This website, jothiviknesh.com, and the tools described below are run by Jothi Viknesh, Bengaluru, India (trading as HappySoul Solutions). Questions or requests: [email protected].

Browsing the site does not require an account. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

AIQ Quiz. If you take the quiz and choose to unlock your full result, we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number, your quiz answers and score. These are stored in a private Google Sheet that only Jothi can access, and are used to send you your result and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell or share them.

WhatsApp and email links. If you contact us through these, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy policies.

JV Publisher is an internal tool used only by Jothi Viknesh to publish his own videos and posts to his own Instagram account, Facebook Page, YouTube channel and LinkedIn profile, and to read the performance numbers of those posts. It is not offered to other users and does not access anyone else's accounts.

It connects through the official APIs of Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (YouTube API Services) and LinkedIn, with permissions Jothi grants for his own accounts. Access tokens are stored only on Jothi's own computer, in a file readable by his user account alone. Videos are held briefly in private-named cloud storage while a platform fetches them, then deleted.

JV Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, its user agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from Google security settings, Facebook Business Integrations settings, or LinkedIn's permitted services page.

Quiz entries are kept while we may still follow up on your enquiry, and deleted on request. Publishing tool tokens are deleted when access is revoked.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. For complaints, the same address reaches our grievance contact, Jothi Viknesh.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
